Mayor Sara pinirmahan ang sister-city agreement ng Davao City at Quezon City
MANILA, Philippines — Pinirmahan na ni Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte ang bagong sister-city agreement sa gitna ng Quezon City at Davao City sa programang pinangunahan nina Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista, Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte, at ng Sangguniang Panlungsod.
“With grateful hearts, we joyfully and warmly welcome Mayor Sara to our city and extend our deepest thanks to her for the time she has spared despite her extremely busy schedule that includes the State of the Nation Address of her father this afternoon,” sinabi ni Belmonte sa kanyang welcome address.
Binanggit din nito na babalik ang kanyang mga department head sa QC upang matuto ng mga “out of the box” na solusyon upang maghatid ng mas mataas na kalidad ng serbisyo sa mga Dabawenyo.
Ayon kay Mayor Sara, sisimulan din niya ang kanyang “Pagbabago Program” dito sa QC na naglalayong magturo sa mga magulang at mga mag-aaral ng kanilang “personal responsibilities to contribute to their families and to their communities”.
