MANILA, Philippines — Lalabanan ni dating ONE Lightweight World Champion Eduard “Landslide” Folayang ang maa-lamat na si Eddie “The Underground King” Alvarez sa ONE: Dawn of Heroes sa Agosto 2 sa Mall of Asia Arena sa Pasay City.

Hangad ni Folayang na makabawi matapos isuko ang suot na ONE Lightweight World Championship kay Japanese grappling legend Shinya “Tobikan Judan” Aoki sa ONE: New Era noong Marso.

“My journey as a World Champion is like a roller coaster,” sabi ng Team Lakay star na si Folayang. “There are times when I am a World Champion and people look up to me. There are also times when I am defeated, so I will try again to climb the ladder to get the belt back.”

“One of the things that I learned in my career so far is to never stop learning and improving as much as possible because you should realize that everyone is aiming to become a [World] Champion,” sabi pa ni Folayang.

Ngunit hindi magiging madali ang laban ni Folayang kay Alvarez, isang dating multiple-time World Champion at determinadong mabangon sa kabiguan sa kanyang ONE debut.
