Camille mas natulungan ng showbiz para kumandidato

Imbes na showbiz ang balikan, pulitika ang susubukan ni Ms. Camille Villar.

Yup, running siya for representative of Las Piñas sa 2019 elections.

May ilang nag-expect na mas business minded si Camille pero hindi rin niya natiis ang lingkod-bayan. “I think, I’m ready for it since I’m a little bit older now and I’ve had a lot of experiences like hosting. My family has been in Las Piñas for many, many years and helping people from Las Piñas is something that’s not new to me.

“It’s actually like coming home and the people that I’m with or people that I’ve been with my whole life, so excited ako,” banggit ni Camille kahapon nang makatsika ng ilang entertainment press.

Aminado siyang malaki ang naitulong ng showbiz para lumakas ang loob niyang maging pulitiko. Naging TV host si Camille sa TV5 pero nang mag-aral siya sa ibang bansa ay tinalikuran niya ito.

At ang inakalang babalikan niya ay mas nag-decide nga siyang sundan ang kinalakihang gawin ng kanyang mga magulang na sina former Sen. Manny and Sen. Cynthia Villar.

“I think, it’s one of the most valuable experience I’ve had for myself. I didn’t see myself in showbusiness or the entertainment industry but I learned so much, and I think, that prepared me so much for politics. And not just politics, but even in business, even in retail, like in terms of relating to people, knowing what people want.

“Like I honestly, right now, I feel, looking back, when you’re there, parang okay lang, parang masaya naman siya, marami naman akong natututunan.

“Pero looking back, I mean, that was 5 years ago, I learned and prepared me immensely. That experience prepared me for this, to where I am now,” sabi pa niya sa ilang kaharap na entertainment press.
