Phil Superliga humingi ng bendisyon sa IATF
MANILA, Philippines — May mga nakahanda nang health at safety protocols ang Philippine Superliga (PSL) sa layuning makuha ang basbas ng Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID).
Ilan dito ay ang pagsusumite ng isang player ng medical certificate bago maglaro at ang paglalaro sa isang gymnasium na walang air conditioning system para makaiwas sa coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
“Things like before you enter the court you must have a some sort of medical certificate, you must wash your hands, basically all of these things,” sabi kahapon ni PSL chairman Philip Ella Juico sa inihanda nilang protocols.
“We are even going to choose a venue in accordance with the IATF specification that it will have natural ventilation. So we are staying away from gyms that are air-conditioned,” dagdag pa ng pangulo ng track and field association.
Maliban sa PSL, ang iba pang humihingi ng basbas ng IATF-EID para makabalik sa training at conditioning ay ang Philippine Volleyball League (PVL) at Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL).
Nauna nang pinayagan ng IATF na magbalik sa training at conditioning sa mga General Community Quarantine (GCQ) areas.ang Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) at Philippine Football League (PFL).
