After more than two years of hiatus due to the pandemic, thousands of students witness the ceremonial lighting of the campus-wide Christmas decorations of the University of Santo Tomas in Manila on December 2, 2022. The ceremonial lighting is part of their UST Paskuhan 2022 event to usher in the yuletide season.

"Moreover, gradual cooling of the surface air temperature over the northeastern part of Luzon and increasing mean sea level pressure have been observed," ani Nathaniel Servando, officer-in-charge ng state weather bureau.

"These meteorological patterns indicate the onset of the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) season in the country."

"PAGASA will continue to monitor the country's weather and climatic conditions. Meanwhile, the public and all concerned agencies are advised to regularly monitor relevant PAGASA information," dagdag pa ni Servando.
