Kahit nakalabas na PAR, bagyong 'Dante' posibleng bumalik ng hapon
MANILA, Philippines — May pag-asang bumalik pa ng Philippine area of responsibility ang Tropical Storm Dante kahit na nakalabas na ito ngayong araw, babala ng PAGASA ngayong Biyernes ng umaga.
"After exiting the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) at 2:00 AM today, 'DANTE' is forecast to move generally north northeastward or northeastward throughout the forecast period," sambit ng local weather forecasters.
"On the forecast track, its center will re-enter the PAR this afternoon and make a close approach or landfall in the vicinity of southern Taiwan (i.e., Pingtung County area) tonight. Afterwards, the storm will continue moving northeastward towards the East China Sea."
Huling namataan ng state weather bureau ang bagyo 287 kilometro hilagangkanluran ng Laoag City, Ilocos Norte kaninang 4 a.m.

Umabot na sa apat ang patay, dalawa ang sugatan at pito ang nawawala dulo ng bagyong "Dante," ayon sa huling ulat ng National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, Huwebes.
Patuloy namang umiiral ang Gale Warning sa northern at western seaboards ng Northern Luzon (2.5-4.5 metro) dahil sa mararahas hanggang napakarahas na karagatan.
"Sea travel is risky for small seacrafts over these waters. Mariners without the proper experience should immediately seek safe harbor," patuloy ng PAGASA.
Tinatayang mapapanatili ng bagyo ang lakas nito hanggang sa tuluyang sumalpok o lumapit sa kalupaan ng Taiwan Sabado ng gabi.
Dahil sa pagbangga sa lupa, hihina ang nasabing sama ng panahon at magiging tropical depression na lang. Sinasabing magtra-transition ito bilang "extratropical cyclone" bukas sa East China Sea. — James Relativo
