MANILA, Philippines - Sinopla ng prosekusyon ang request ni detained Sen. Bong Revilla na makadalo sa graduation ng kanyang bunsong anak na babae sa March 28.

Ayon sa prosekusyon, mistulang bibigyan lamang ng special treatment ng Sandiganbayan si Revilla kapag pinayagan itong makadalo sa graduation ng anak gayung naisnab na ng graft court ang bail petition nito kaugnay ng kasong graft at plunder may kinalaman sa pork barrel scam.

Sa request ni Revilla sa Sandiganbayan, nais niyang makalabas ng PNP Custodial Center sa Kampo Krame sa March 28 para makadalo sa graduation rites ng anak sa Dela Salle Zobel sa Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa mula alas 2:00 ng hapon hanggang alas-7 ng gabi.

Niliwanag naman ng depensa na for humanitarian condition lamang ang hiling ni Revilla para makasama ang anak sa graduation nito.
