MANILA, Philippines — Hinimok ni 1-Pacman Partylist Rep. Mikee Romero ang mga kasamahang mambabatas na maipasa agad ang kanyang Tax Amnesty bill na malaking tulong sa ekonomiya at karagdagang kita sa bansa na maituturing na maagang pamasko sa mamamayan.
“All corporations and individuals can avail of the general tax amnesty which will be either 5 percent of your net worth or 2 percent of your total assets.
Payment of which will forgive and clean with finality all your taxes liabilities (real estate, capital gains, vat, excise tax, all national taxes,” sabi ni Romero.
“Amnesty will likewise cover all estate taxes which now shall be at 6 percent of assessed value.
Plus, the Early Bird payees can avail of an additional 20 percent discount and once submitted to voluntary tax amnesty plan, if will be in confidentiality and will give immunity from any suit,” dagdag ni Romero.Ang amnestiya ay kapapalooban ng mga hindi nabayarangbuwis hanggang Disyembre ng nakalipas na taong 2017.
