Sen. Leila arestuhin!-RTC

Sinabi ng Department of Justice (DOJ) na si De Lima ay lumabag sa sections 5 and 22 of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act pertaining to the sale, administration, dispensation, distribution and transportation of dangerous drugs.

Ang tatlong reklamo ay isinampa ng Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption (VACC), mga  NBI deputy directors Reynaldo Esmeralda at Ruel Lasala, at Bilibid inmate Jaybee Sebastian.

Kasama din sa kaso ang kanyang driver-bodyguard at lover Ronnie Dayan, dating Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) Director-General Franklin Jesus Bucayu, dating BuCor OIC at  NBI deputy director Rafael Ragos, Wilfredo Elli, Jaybee Sebastian, Joenel Sanchez at Jose Adrian Dera. -Lordeth Bonilla, Doris Franche Borja, Rudy Andal-
