Sa Facebook ipinarating ni Sunshine Cruz ang matagal nang sama ng loob sa kapatid ng estranged husband niyang si Cesar Montano na si Maria Mercedes.
Nag-post ang aktres ng link ng isang artikulo na lumabas sa PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) noong 2008 kung saan ay itinanggi ni Cesar Montano ang akusasyon ng kapatid na si Maria Mercedes na pinalayas umano ni Sunshine ang nanay nila.
Sa caption ay ito ang inilagay ni Shine:
“An article from PEP.ph year 2008. Friends and Family, the sister of my ex has been a headache to me and my children since 2007! Spreading too many lies and one of her crazy lies is that one of my children is not his brother’s child.
“I’ve asked my ex to protect the family but he wanted me to just keep quiet. He wanted me to accept all the painful emails, harassments and accusations of Maria Mercedes/Ched but I fought back.
“She was indicted of libel. Sana may maayos na pagiisip sa side ng pamilya nila na magutos o magsabi sa kanya na tigilan na ang ginagawa samin. Kung tutuusin dapat manggaling sa tatay ng mga bata. 2018 na at 5 taon na kaming hiwalay ng kapatid nya!
“May kanya-kanyang buhay na kami ng mahal nyang kapatid pero anuman ang gawin nyo kadugo nyo pa rin ang mga anak ko. If you are against your bro seeing the girls, tell him to stop calling and just leave all of us in peace. We don’t deserve this from you and your relatives. Mag move on na kayo.”
Noong Feb. 28 pa nagra-rant si Sunshine sa kanyang FB sa kapatid ni Cesar. At ito ay dahil nag-react daw ng hindi maganda si Maria Mercedes sa picture ng aktor kasama ang mga anak nila last January.
Post ni Sunshine, “Remember, the past will never be changed but it does not mean it never happened. Just be happy your brother is still allowed to see his children.
“Took him 2 years to see them after you and your other siblings also reacted negatively when kids saw him accidentally in resorts world.
“You can at least try to focus on being a good Christian. Puro bible verses pa man din ang facebook mo pero kabaligtaran naman ang pinagagawa mo samin ng mga anak ko. 5 years na ayaw nyo pa rin talaga lumubay.
“Nagpakalayo-layo na kami pero ayaw nyo talaga kami patahimikin. What do you want from me and my children?”
Nag-post din ang aktres ng isang quotation na nagsasaad naman ng: “Because when it comes to my offspring, I will fight with the fangs of a wolf and the claws of the dragon. And no one or nothing will stop me from protecting them.”
Matatandaang naghiwalay sina Cesar at Sunshine noong 2013 at kasalukuyang dinidinig pa sa korte ang petition for annulment na isinampa ng aktres.
Right now, masaya na si Sunshine sa piling ng bagong boyfriend na si Macky Mathay na half-bro ther ni Ara Mina.
