Stags Charity Run gagawa ng record
MANILA, Philippines - Humakot ng interes ang Stags Charity Run na naÂkatakda sa Enero 12 sa ASEANA City malapit sa Mall of Asia at Macapagal Boulevard sa kabila ng paglimita ng runners sa mga students, employees, officials, alumni at ilang imbitadong guests at sponsors.
Kumpiyansa rin ang mga organizers na maÂlalampasan nila ang bilang ng partisipante sa nakaraang tatlong edisyon nito.
Sinabi ni Rev. Fr. Joel A. Alve, OAR, ng San Sebastian College at ang overall chairman ng Stags Charity Run organizing committee, na hinihikayat nilang lumahok ang mga komunidad kung saan ang pondong makukuha sa sa naturang one-day race ay mapupunta sa mga charity missions ng Order of Augustinian Recollects.
“We intend to duplicate, if not eclipse, the more than 4,000 runners who joined our third edition in 2013,†wika ni Alve. “This way, we shall be able to sustain the implementation of our pastoral ministry and chaÂrity mission in the provinces.
“So we’re calling for the participation of the school community, friends and alumni to again make this yearly cause and very meaningful and successful one,†dagdag pa nito.
Inihayag ng mga organizers na ang pagpapatala sa event na may mga kaÂteÂgoryang 3k, 5k at 10k only ay magsisimula sa mga susunod na araw.
Ang entry fee ay P500 per runner na may kasamang bib number at singlet.
