Local flavors a hit in Dubai food fest

MANILA, Philippines - Filipino boutique and artisanal food brand Mama Sita’s brought the authentic flavors of the Philippine Islands to Dubai and to the world at the Specialty Food Festival Dubai 2013, a dedicated gourmet event borne of the demand for international gourmet and fine foods.

At the Food Festival, Mama Sita’s showcased new lines of all-natural, boutique and artisanal products, including Mama Sita’s all-natural vinegars – Premium Coconut Nectar, Young Vinegar, Anghang Sarap Spiced Tuba Vinegar, Sinamak Spiced Vinegar, Cane Vinegar or Sukang Iloko, Distilled Cane Vinegar and Cashew Wine Vinegar.

Also crowd favorites were the all-natural sauces like Pure Labuyo Sauce, Bacolod Inasal Marinade and Inihaw Marinade.

Other products include Mama Sita’s Samalamig Geli-coolers (pandan, muscovado and brown cane sugar), tropical fruit syrups (mango, guava, jackfruit and pineapple), all-natural sea salt and premium sugars, and Mama Sita’s certified organic muscovado syrup.
