Chef Grant Gordon at Diamond hotel’s culinary

MANILA, Philippines - Diamond Hotel Philippines recently held an exclusive lunch highlighting top Texas chef Grant Gordon at the Pisces Culinary Studio. The event is part of the Culinary Diplomacy program of the American Embassy.

A live cooking demonstration was held by Chef Gordon at the hotel’s culinary studio – a modern-day show kitchen furnished with full-capacity cooking facilities.

Chef Gordon became the famous executive chef of the iconic Tony’s restaurant in Houston, Texas at the age of 24, which earned him a spot on Forbes’ 30 under 30 listing.  He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York and is a James Beard Award nominee for the “Rising Star Chef of the Year.”
