MANILA, Philippines - Learn basic to advanced electric and acoustic guitar skills for solo, accompaniment or bass guitar playing in various styles with the Electric and Acoustic Guitar Technique for Kids and Adults class, Tuesdays and Saturdays, 11 am-4 pm, with composer and arranger Rudy Lozano.
Hatha Yoga for teens to adults is offered on Mondays and Fridays, 2:30-3:30 pm. Learn different breathing techniques and poses to develop physical flexibility, endurance, strength and control, and help relieve stress. Limited slots available.
Adult Elementary Ballet (ages 15 and above) on Mondays and Fridays, 10-11:30 am. Specifically designed for the adult dancer, the class is perfect for those interested in taking dance for fitness and recreation, or for the experienced adult dancer who wants to return to serious training.
