Appreciation time!

An appreciation night was hosted by Plantation Bay Resort and Spa at the ballroom of Fairmont Hotel in Makati City as a tribute to the resort’s numerous clients and friends.

The resort is led by its founder and CEO Manny Gonzalez with his efficient team composed of general manager Nenette Castillon and vice president for marketing Efren Belarmino.

The premier resort, designed like a colonial plantation, has become a popular tourist destination in Mactan Island, Cebu for locals and foreigners alike. The world-class resort is known for its Las Vegas Strip-style themed buffet dinners by the beach, a host of thrilling activities for the whole family in and out of the water. It is also famous for its charming and hospitable resort staff.

Tourism Assistant Secretary Bong Bengzon, representatives from airline companies and travel agencies and other guests absolutely enjoyed the show-stopping performances of the talented resort staff in their dance routines. A grand raffle concluded the night’s festivities.

A smashing birthday fete

Loved ones and close friends gathered at the lovely Quezon City home of former teen heartthrob and actor Tony Boy dela Rea III (second from left) to celebrate his natal day. It was an affair to remember as everyone, including (from left) Anne Vencancio, Crispina Belen and Mel Navarro, enjoyed a hearty feast of mouthwatering dishes and overflowing drinks and wine. Guests partied until the wee hours of the morning.
