From morning to midnight and more...

THE PEPPER MILL - Pepper Teehankee -

Replete with the traditional red carpet and celebrity look-alikes, a young Hollywood-themed party took place at the Renaissance Makati City Hotel when it launched its newest restaurant M2M (Morning to Midnight) and bar lounge Cinnabar.

A televised tour of M2M, Cinnabar and the outlets’ private dining room, bar lounge and wine room was conducted by host Joey Mead. Guests were welcomed by the hotel’s Stephan Stoss, Sujeet Kumar, Monique Toda and Javi Berenguer-Testa. Food from M2M’s six live buffets included lobster, lamb, roast beef, dimsum, sushi, shellfish and a wide selection of desserts. Cocktails flowed all night as jazz band Sinosikat and upbeat Tribu Manila entertained guests until the wee hours.

The Renaissance Makati City Hotel, Manila is part of the Renaissance Hotels & Resorts brand with more than 135 hotels in over 30 countries.

Intense and sexy at the White House

Boracay is always a great party place, especially when revelers embarked on a blissful experience with the Warehouse/Sexy Sunset Disco Sessions at the beachfront of White House beach resort by Winston W-Records.

People indulged for two weekends and got locked into the groove as they experienced the diverse sound of the country’s up and coming DJ’s. The W-Records party series toured the island, starting as early as 3 in the afternoon at the beachfront of White House Station 1 and at The Tides roof deck with a very eclectic deep house set that emulated to a driving disco feel.  Those who wanted more were given another treat as the W-Records’ parties continued on until dawn at Ariel’s House and Juice Bar. With powerhouse DJ’s Erwin Edralin, David Ardiente, Miko Syquia, Martin Lugtu, Christian Raeuber, Yoshi Uy, Jerome Cura, Marie Garcia and Mark Nicosia playing their own brand of music, how could one not crave for more?  W-Records also flew in the king of Las Vegas’ after-hours, Double Down Charlie Brown and one of Malaysia’s finest, DJ Kuma.

Winston W-Records definitely gave a sexier edge to Boracay’s already intense party scene. Sponsors included Winston, Tides Hotel, Ariel’s HJouse, White House, Juice Bar, Seair, Asian Spirit, ABC 5, 106.7 Dream FM and Musiklocal.  Don’t fret if you missed it, Warehouse/Sexy happens in Manila every Friday night at Warehouse 135 on Yakal Street, Makati City.
