MANILA, Philippines – As millions of Catholic devotees partake in the Black Nazarene’s traslacion, most of them did so to strengthen their faith and fulfill their “panata” or vows to the Lord.
“To understand the devotee, you have to be a devotee," Manila Archbishop Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle said.
