MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Antonio "Sonny" Trillanes IV on Wednesday questioned a former Makati City about allegedly receiving checks from Rep. Abigail Binay.

Ryan Barcelo, former officer-in-charge of Makati's Social Welfare and Development office, said he is not aware whether the money intended for beneficiaries came from Binay's Priority Development Assistance Funds.
