The connectivity problem

Pestered by the slow internet connection indoor, a man decided to install his prepaid wi-fi modem at his balcony. At least there, the modem registers two bars of signal. Directly below him is a road where vehicles pass by. In front of his house, there is a house being constructed. The noise of cement mixer and other equipment makes it impossible for him to just work from home. He is a teacher.
