At the moviehouse ticket counter of a popular mall in Cebu City, a family of four -- a foreign husband, Pinay mother, and their two young sons -- was seen queueing to buy tickets. Moments later, the younger boy, about six years old, approached the guard standing in attention at the counter and offered his potato fries. "Here, have some fries?" the boy "cutely" told the guard, who looked pleasantly surprised but begged off from the offer. "Maypang bata kahibaw pa mohatag," an EAR informer said.
