THEY NEVER LEARN. The hottest news now is about another investment scheme being brought to light. One thing an EAR source finds sad about this is that even if time and again some investment schemes have proven to be false, people still fall for them anyway.

He said he knows four people who have been victimized by investment schemes. And the sad thing is they don’t seem to learn their lesson.
