Bath or bartolina?

BARTOLINA. A detainee at a jail in Lapu-Lapu City was once threatened to be sent to the "bartolina," or isolation cell, because he refused to bathe.

BATHE OR ELSE. The jail requires all prisoners to bathe everyday. Anyone who says no to the rule is almost immediately isolated.

STINKS. A short stay in the cell can even drive a hardened criminal nuts because the cell stinks big time.  Prisoners who are sent to the cell sometimes move their bowels there. Prisoners say they haven't heard anyone cleaning the cell of feces.
