Foreigner bets on lotto

LOTTO: Are foreigners banned from betting in Phl lotto? An Ear informer was asked this question by an African (Nigerian) national studying in one of the universities in Manila. He said he had to ask the question because some companions in a boarding house questioned his buying lotto tickets especially when the jackpot hits millions.

DRIVERS. The Nigerian said fearing that his boardinghouse mates are right, he buys lotto tickets through some taxi drivers he had befriended. He bets mainly on the jackpot and on the minor events like Swertres and EZ2.
