Samurai swords

THE EAR - The Freeman

SWORDS. A man selling long knives and two Japanese samurai swords boarded a passenger bus outside of the Cebu Bus Terminal one Saturday afternoon. A passenger who smelled of liquor was trying to buy one samurai when another passenger intervened and told the vendor to do his selling of his deadly weapons outside the bus. “Maghuramentado unya nang hubog mong kustomer,” the man told the vendor.

BAN KNIVES. Another passenger said selling knives especially swords should be banned on board passenger vehicles “for very obvious reasons.” The vendor said his knives and swords were sold as souvenirs but he was driven out of the bus nevertheless, an Ear informer said.
