Strict enforcement of anti-noise ordinance

MOTOR NOISE. The Ear has received several complains already regarding the noise created by motor vehicles, especially in churches, schools and hospitals. City Ordinance no. 40 has never been implemented by law enforcers.

FRUSTRATED READER. One reader, a businessman, said in frustration: “Daghan kaayo ta’g balaod, pero ang problema dili man mapatuman. Useless atong balaod. Useless atong law enforcers. Useless atong lawmakers. Dagko kaayo’g sweldo atong lawmakers pero useless kay dili ipatuman ang balaod.”
