Citom enforcer watching welder instead of traffic

SAME STREET. After The Ear reported of a Citom enforcer at the corner of Sikatuna and P. del Rosario Sts. Wednesday afternoon busy tinkering with his cellphone despite the busy streets he was supposed to be manning, the Citom enforcer on the same street corner was again seen doing something other than his job. He was seen at the side of the road along Sikatuna St. last Thursday afternoon, watching a welder instead of watching the street, oblivious to prying eyes also watching him.

WELDER WANNABE? The Ear informer observed him for several minutes but this Citom enforcer didn’t take his eyes off the welder doing his job. This made the informer wonder if this Citom man plans to change his profession from traffic enforcer to welder. The informer quipped, “Basin ga plano siya mahimo na lang welder. Magpa apprentice siguro to siya.”
