CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines — A man was found dead near a grass field in Barangay Altura South in Tanauan City, Batangas on Saturday, police said yesterday.
Investigators said a farmer passing near the grass field noticed the lifeless man – described as about five feet in height, wearing a maroon T-shirt, black jacket, black belt bag and black slippers. The farmer immediately alerted authorities.
