ROSALES, Pangasinan, Philippines — Three people died while 14 others were injured when their vehicle rolled over in this town on Saturday.
Conchita Salvador, 76; Ronald Rey Jebulan, 32, and Jabel Abano, 30, were declared dead on arrival at the Urdaneta City General Hospital, where the injured victims, including children, were also rushed for treatment.
The van was traveling along the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway in Barangay Tomana West when one of its tires burst.
The driver lost control of the wheel, causing the van to crash into a concrete barrier before rolling over.
