MANILA, Philippines — Anti-narcotics agents seized 500 grams of methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu with a street value of P3.4 million in Caloocan City yesterday.
Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency operatives confiscated the illegal drug from William Isanan, 42, during a sting in Barangay 162 at around 2 p.m.
Isanan, based on intelligence reports, is allegedly involved in the bulk distribution of shabu in Caloocan and Bulacan province.
The suspect is facing charges of drug trafficking under Republic Act 9165, the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Law.
