Boy, 5, dies after eating grilled frog

COTABATO CITY, Philippines — A five-year-old boy died while his four siblings were hospitalized after eating grilled frog in Purok Piña in Barangay Dicañas, Dipolog City on Wednesday.

Sources from the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office said the siblings of the fatality remained confined in a hospital in Dipolog.

The office of Dipolog Mayor Darel Uy gave assurance that the city government will provide assistance to the victims.
