P1.36 million shabu seized in Cavite

MANILA, Philippines — Anti-narcotics officers seized 200 grams of shabu in a sting in Bacoor, Cavite on Thursday.

The illegal drugs, with an estimated street value of P1.36 million, were allegedly recovered from Michael Angelo Cecilio.

Police said Cecilio negotiated a drug deal with an undercover agent along Badjao street in Barangay Molino VII at around 8:30 p.m.

In Laguna, Kris Kyle Mirandilla and Roberto Torres were arrested in Barangay Parian in Calamba City for possession of shabu worth P20,400.

The suspects are being held on charges of drug trafficking.
