LAGUNA, Philippines — A man died after being struck by a train of the Philippine National Railways in Sta. Rosa City on Monday night.
John Franklin Minero was walking by the railway in Barangay Pooc at around 10 p.m. when the accident occurred. The victim died at the scene.
An investigation is ongoing.
