2 arrested in drug sting
MANILA, Philippines — Police recovered over P300,000 worth of shabu from two suspected drug dealers in Taguig City on Saturday night.
Chris Senn Domingo, 23, and Freddie de Ramos, 43, were nabbed during an anti-narcotics operation in Barangay Pinagsama.
Southern Police District director Brig. Gen. Jimili Macaraeg said the suspects were allegedly pushing drugs.
Domingo’s brother, Chris Marshall, 29, was also arrested after he reportedly confronted the members of the Taguig police sub-station 3.
“He went to the police station and questioned the validity of the arrest. He became unruly and tried to delay the documentation of the suspects,” Macaraeg said.
The suspects are being held on charges of drug trafficking. A complaint for obstruction of justice will be filed against Domingo’s brother, police said.
