Water supply interruption in Mandaluyong, San Juan set
MANILA, Philippines — Manila Water advised residents of 13 barangays in Mandaluyong and one in San Juan to store enough water as it is set to undertake maintenance activities that will result in a temporary water supply interruption in these areas.
The water firm said maintenance activities will take place along Shaw Boulevard near its intersection with Ideal street in in Barangay Addition Hills, Mandaluyong.
“This will result in a temporary water service interruption affecting more than 38,000 households, commercial and
business establishments in 14 barangays in Mandaluyong and San Juan cities beginning Sept. 20 at 11 p.m. until 5 a.m. of Sept. 21,” Manila Water said in an advisory.
The affected barangays in Mandaluyong are Addition Hills, Barangka Drive, Barangka Ibaba, Barangka Ilaya, Barangka Itaas, Highway Hills, Hulo, Malamig, Mauway, Northeast Greenhills, Plainview, Pleasant Hills and Wack-wack EastGreenhills.
In San Juan City, Barangay Greenhills will be affected.
