In San Juan City, its public hospital is already 55.6 percent occupied.

The city’s two isolation facilities, the Kalinga Center and San Juan Juan National High School, are 81.2 percent and 19.4 percent occupied, respectively.

The local government is planning to open a new quarantine facility to accommodate more patients.
