MANILA, Philippines — Manila Mayor Isko Moreno inaugurated yesterday the rehabilitated public library along Taft Avenue in Ermita.
In his speech, Moreno thanked St. Mary Publishing Corp. president Vicente Catbijan for donating P1 million worth of books.
Moreno said the library would be of big help to students, especially during the pandemic.
The library has internet connectivity to allow students to transact online.
Computers were also set up in the library, making it easier for researchers to surf the internet.
