BACOLOD CITY, Philippines — A 52-year-old man and his son were shot dead allegedly by their relatives in Binalbagan, Negros Occidental on Sunday.
Crisanto Espante Sr. and his son Crisanto Jr., 22, died following the incident that occurred in Sitio Nasanagan, Barangay Bi-ao.
Police identified three of the suspects as Jomar Salvador, Negro Salvador, both of Sitio Dinapit in the same barangay, and a certain Junjie of Kabankalan City.
The Salvadors are relatives of the victims, police said
Probers are eyeing an old grudge as the motive for the killing.
