UPCAT set on October 5, 6

MANILA, Philippines — The University of the Philippines College Admission Test (UPCAT) will be held on Oct. 5 and 6 this year, the university announced yesterday. 

In an advisory, UP said applications may be submitted online and manually starting Tuesday. 

The deadlines for the filing of applications are on Aug. 2 for regional public schools, Aug. 9 for regional private schools, Aug. 16 for Metro Manila public schools and Aug. 23 for Metro Manila private schools. 

Applications received after Aug. 23 will be processed only if there are still available test permits, said the university.
