TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan, Philippines — A laborer died when a footbridge being constructed in Sitio Sadol, Barangay Bagong, Sablan, Benguet collapsed on Friday.
Police said Rafael Calao died on the way to the Benguet General Hospital. Initial investigation showed Calao fell when one of the posts of the footbridge gave way.
