TUGUEGARAO, Cagayan , Philippines — A cousin of Mayor Harry Florida of Allacapan town was arrested after an unlicensed gun and ammunition were seized during a raid on his house in Barangay Binalan, Aparri on Monday.
Superintendent Narciso Paragas, maritime police regional commander, said Hoverie Eslabon, an automotive parts dealer, yielded a caliber. 40 pistol and various types of ammunition.
Paragas said the search warrant was issued by Aparri Judge Blaise Sambolledo-Barcena.
