MARILAO, Bulacan, Philippines — A motorcycle rider was shot dead by an unidentified motorist following a traffic altercation in this town on Thursday night.
Melchor de Borja, a resident of Barangay Dakila in Malolos, and his brother Mario were riding a motorcycle when it was rear-ended by a black Honda Civic.
Witnesses said the victim and the unidentified suspect had a heated argument until the latter pulled out a gun and shot the brothers.
Melchor was declared dead on arrival at the ACE Medical Center in Valenzuela. Mario was unhurt.
A manhunt for the suspect is ongoing.
