CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines — Two inmates in Cavite and Rizal died on Tuesday.
John Renz Faduhilao, who was held in a police lockup in Dasmariñas, and Federico Juab in Tanay reportedly complained of difficulty in breathing.
They were declared dead on arrival at the Pagamutan ng Dasmariñas City and Rizal Provincial Hospital, respectively.
Police said the fatalities were facing drug charges.
