Bulacan town cop chief accused of rape

MALOLOS , Philippines — The police chief of Hagonoy, Bulacan was relieved from his post yesterday for allegedly raping an inmate.

A complaint was filed against Senior Superintendent Kim Cobre by the family of the alleged victim, Senior Superintendent Chito Bersaluna, acting Bulacan police director, told The STAR.

Bersaluna did not give details, saying they are still conducting an investigation into the alleged incident.
