3 drug suspects gunned down

MANILA, Philippines — Three drug suspects were killed in stings in Bulacan and Cebu in the past two days.

Ronard Miñoza, 21, resisted arrest and fired at anti-drug operatives in Barangay Tipolo, Mandaue, Cebu on Friday, police said. 

Ranilo Padilla and Oliver Lucilo allegedly shot it out with police officers in Barangay Batia, Bocaue and Bayugo, Meycauayan, respectively, yesterday.
