MANILA, Philippines — Two drug suspects have been killed in stings in Laguna and Bulacan.

Marvin Divina, alias King, reportedly drew his gun when he sensed he had sold shabu to undercover agents in Meycauayan yesterday morning.

Sachets of shabu, marked money and two caliber .38 revolvers were recovered from the fatalities.

In Cagayan, two anti-drug operatives were seriously wounded in a misencounter with police and military personnel along the highway in Alcala town on Thursday.

Reports reaching Cagayan police chief Senior Superintendent Warren Tolito said Judy-mar Molina and Rolando Francisco of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) were pursuing a drug suspect who escaped in a sting in nearby Amulung town when they chanced on  police officers and Army soldiers chasing two other drug suspects in Barangay Baybayog.

Police and military personnel reportedly fired at the two PDEA agents as they alighted from a motorcycle, thinking that they were drug suspects.
