MANILA, Philippines - A magnitude 3.4 quake hit Surigao City yesterday, but no damage was reported.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the epicenter of the tremor, which occurred at about 1:40 p.m., was located four kilometers southwest of San Francisco, Surigao del Norte.
The quake was felt at Intensity 2 in Surigao City.
