CAMARINES NORTE, Philippines – A 63-year-old candidate for councilor in Magarao, Camarines Norte died of heat stroke while campaigning in Barangay Carangcang on Wednesday.
Salvador Julia of the Liberal Party was pronounced dead on arrival at the Naga City Integrated Hospital at 5:30 p.m.
