Maynilad expands Cavite service area

MANILA, Philippines - An additional 5,985 households in Cavite are now getting their supply of water from Maynilad Water Services Inc.

Maynilad president and chief executive officer Ramoncito Fernandez said they have been supplying water to 33 subdivisions in Bacoor and Imus since last year.

“We remain committed to our service expansion in the southern portion of our concession area, where many residents still use groundwater rather than surface water from Maynilad,” Fernandez said.

He said Maynilad has earmarked 1.191 billion for its water expansion projects in Valenzuela, Las Piñas, Parañaque, Muntinlupa and Cavite this year.
