CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines – Four suspected robbers shot dead a Korean at his home in Malvar, Batangas before dawn yesterday.
Nan Hyun Cho died at the scene, according to Inspector Hazel Luma-Ang, spokesperson for the Batangas police.
Investigation showed the robbers broke into the victim’s house in Barangay San Fernando at around 2 a.m.
Police believe Cho tried to fight and was shot. The robbers fled, taking with them an undetermined amount of cash and valuables.
