TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – A nursing aide at the Cagayan Valley Medical Center’s psychiatric ward was gunned down on Tuesday, police said yesterday.
Levy Christopher Baclig was walking with his cousin, Marvin Paul Guerrero, when an unidentified motorcycle-riding gunman shot him several times, said Superintendent Jessie Tamayao, city police chief.
Guerrero said the assailant was wearing a helmet and a black jacket.
Police are looking at a love triangle as the motive for the attack.
